Now you have this yummy recipe, let’s talk a minute about Wines of Garnacha. I always like to have a little bit of history of wines. Learning is fun, plus it makes you sound like a serious connoisseur when you can mention that these wines were originally from the eastern part of Spain and are now taking on the role of a varietal wine (that means it’s made primarily from a single name grape). Watch out Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, wines of Garnacha are making their mark. source
Right down to the spine yummy!💦🐬
