If you do not have a strategy for your dinner party, you may end up creating a disastrous flop rather than a successful social affair.

Anticipate the number of people you wish to invite. Will you be having a social buffet or a table-style supper?

Designate an appropriate-size dining area for the perfect setting. Arrange for any culinary assistance hostesses.

Plan your meal, drinks and servings. Include a good variety of tasty foods. You may also want to present your guests, with your own menu. Decide if you will be having gourmet finger foods or main dish selections with entrees. It is important to have a good idea about which foods your guests are fond of.

Select the most favorable ambiance with complimentary entertainment to further pamper your guests
