“Cappuccino“ Nespresso Style

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED:

INGREDIENTS

Capsule of Grand Cru Espresso (40 ml) of your choice

50_70ml of cold milk

White sugar

Cocoa powder

MATERIALS
Cappuccino cup (170 ml)
Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine’s steam nozzle, or the Lattissima +machine
Ritual Cappuccino
Ritual Espresso Spoon

LET’S MAKE IT!

Pour your chosen Grand Cru (40 ml) into a cappuccino cup

Froth the milk using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino
milk frother

Fill the cup with the prepared frothed milk

Add sugar to taste and sprinkle with cocoa
Or prepare in one touch using the Lattissima+machine

  1. The Nespresso system is amazingly good. That said, I find the Peet’s (https://www.peets.com) capsules don’t have the “freeze dried” taste prevalent in the Nespresso capsules. (Nestlé freeze dries the coffee to get it into the capsules.)
