3 BOOZY ICE CREAM FLOATS

Chocolate cherry bourbon float (left image)

Ingredients:

bourbon 30m

cherry brandy 20ml (optional)

cherry Coke 150-200ml, chilled

vanilla or chocolate ice cream a scoop

squirty cream to serve

glacé cherries to serve

Method:

Step 1: Put the first three ingredients into a tall glass and stir.

Step 2: Add a scoop of ice cream, then top with squirty cream and a cherry.

Ingredients:

rum 50ml

ginger beer 150-200ml

vanilla ice cream a scoop

Method:

Step 1: Put the rum and ginger beer into a tall glass and stir gently. Step 2: Add a scoop of ice cream.

Method:

Step 1: Put the gin in a coupette glass then pour the prosecco over and add the scoop of strawberry ice cream.
