Keoke Coffee Cocktail

This cocktail originated at Bully’s Steakhouse in San Diego, California. The owner, George Bullington, invented the drink, and the staff called it “George’s Coffee” until a Hawaiian chef suggested they use the Hawaiian version of his name, Keoke.

INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 ounce brandy, like Hennessy or Martell VS
    • 1/2 ounce Kahlua
    • 1/2 ounce crème de cacao
    • 4 ounces hot coffee
    • Whipped cream

PREPARATION

In a warm mug or Irish coffee glass, add the brandy, Kahlua and crème de cacao. Stir to combine. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
